5. Competition Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if technical issues, fraud, or other circumstances beyond our control affect the integrity or proper functioning of the competition.

6. Prizes

Prizes, if any, are described in the official competition rules. We may require winners to provide additional information for verification and prize fulfillment. Failure to provide such information may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform or participation in the competition, including but not limited to:

• Technical failures or interruptions.
• Unauthorized access or data breaches despite reasonable safeguards.
• Lost, late, or corrupted submissions.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
